From time immemorial, there have been many legendary stories about giants from all over the world, such as the Titans, the immortal cyclops

in the Greek mythology, the Chinese mythology that the world was created by Pangu, the giant in “Jack and the Beanstalk” in Grimm’s fairy tales, land of giants from Gulliver’s Travels, several verses in the Old Testament of Bible that speak of “giants”, etc. The mythology about giants will never die as time goes by. Instead the stories about giants seem to stretch as far as one can imagine.

When an event turns to become history, and history to mythology, would mythology remain as only “mythology”? Or maybe there is some basis to it?

Mythology about the giants was also found in the island of Borneo, where some huge wooden sticks were found deep in the jungle in Sarawak, measuring between 2.5 and 9 metre long. They are obviously man-made. Who could have used these huge wooden sticks? Could they be used by the giants? 

In the most recent years, archaeologists uncovered many tombs containing the remains of giants at Euphrates in Turkey. They are bold to believe that those were the remains of the giants from the pre-historic era. The question is, if giants did exist, where can they be now? 

Perhaps, they are on the Giant Island.
